Once We Move Forward
Here’s what you can expect as a client of Teddy Bear CPA:
You’ll receive access to a secure portal for safe document sharing, digital signatures, announcements, invoices, payments, task tracking, and more.
Before work begins, you’ll be asked to sign an engagement letter in the portal. The letter includes the terms of service, the fee estimate discussed on the Discovery Call, and the tax returns to be prepared by the firm.
Organizer
Completed tax returns are uploaded to the portal for review and a digital signature before e-filing.
Individual clients receive an electronic questionnaire that helps them collect and upload their tax documents. Returning clients can pre-fill answers in future years to save time.
A mobile app is also available that lets you receive timely push notifications and upload paper documents by snapping a quick photo with your phone.
Invoices are delivered through the portal. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
